Hi, I’m Yenny.
I understand how frustrating it can be to live with ongoing health concerns, especially when you’re searching for answers and don’t feel like you’ve been heard.
As a degree-qualified naturopath, I believe that every person deserves the time to share their story. My role is to listen carefully, understand the bigger picture of your health, and work with you to develop a personalised, evidence-informed plan that supports your body’s natural ability to function at its best.
No two people are the same, which is why I take an individualised approach to care. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I aim to understand the factors that may be contributing to your health concerns and help you make sense of them in a way that feels clear and achievable.
I also believe that good healthcare is collaborative. When appropriate, I’m happy to work alongside your GP, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure you receive well-rounded, coordinated care.
Above all, I want you to feel supported, respected and empowered. My goal is not only to help you improve your health, but also to give you the knowledge and confidence to better understand your body and make informed decisions for the future.
A qualified naturopath who is passionate about helping people address the underlying causes of their health conditions and symptoms to claim back vitality, health, and well-being that they deserve.
Naturopathy has been an amazing journey of discovery. Being in my 40’s and having more than 15 years of personal experience in achieving health, wellbeing, and vitality, brings me here to share with you my learnings and experiences.
I believe we all deserve the life we really love. With a bit of gratitude, connection and flow we can live healthier, more fulfilling and more passionate lives.
What is naturopathy?
The natural path to wellness has been gaining attention in recent years. With the desire to live healthier and happier for longer, many are attempting to discover the secrets of naturopathy. But the secret is this: there is no secret.
Naturopathy is a whole medical system combining theory [principles and philosophy] and practice that uses an array of natural therapies to support healing and maintain health. Its core principle, “the healing power of nature”, guides the naturopath’s use of herbal medicine, dietary, counselling, manual therapies, flower essences, nutrition, lifestyle, education, and other modalities to treat illness and restore health.
Naturopathic medicine is all about working with the body’s natural systems to promote health and healing.
Your cellular memory still knows what it feels to be healthy! Look back and remember a time you felt completely healthy and beaming. Join me in my quest to find the best natural path toward self-healing and wellness. I’ll share what has worked for me, and it’s not really a secret at all!

“Where Clarity Meets Healing”
What does a naturopath use to help me?
“I use tea and capsules, would it be the same?”
Liquid herbal extracts offer a number of benefits over other forms of herbs such as teas or pills. For one, the natural components of the plants are more concentrated. Liquid herbal extracts are rapidly and more easily absorbed by the body than tea or capsules. The moment they touch your tongue, the synergistic components of the plants start entering your bloodstream and are carried to where your body needs it.
Why use liquid herbal extracts in natural medicine?
- Liquid herbal extracts work synergistically at different body levels instead of targeting a single body tissue.
- They also require smaller doses to achieve the desired therapeutic effect.
- Liquid herbal extracts take effect much faster, as the body is able to absorb them more easily.
- In addition, because they are derived from the whole plant, they retain all of the synergistic medicinal power of the plant, making them more effective than isolated or synthetic compounds.
- In short, liquid herbal extracts are an easy and effective way to get all the benefits of herbal medicine
“The plants extracts are chosen to fit you exclusively”
No remedy mixture is the same. The ailment may be common, but you are unique
Is it a novelty form of treatment?
Definitely not. Many of these herbal extracts have a very long traditional and scientific recognition, proven to generate a physiological and healing effect without the increased risk of side effects from conventional approaches.
“Experience the healing power of herbal medicine used for centuries to activate your own body’s healing abilities.”
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” – Hippocrates
When it comes to healthy eating, our schedules often get in the way. However, eating balanced and healthy food does not necessarily involve a lot of time. It only involves more planning and a little bit of habit and attitude change.
If you find yourself reaching for quick takeaways and snacks throughout the day, consider stocking up on nutrient-rich snacks like nuts or fresh vegetables and hummus. Similarly, a homemade, vegetable-packed sandwich or salad makes an excellent, nutritious lunch—you just have to put aside a little extra time to make it and that is the real challenge.
“At the end of the day, balancing your diet might mean balancing your schedule”
Nutrition doesn’t necessarily require hours and hours of planning and preparation —15 or 20 minutes of meal prep in the morning can make all the difference. In an hour or two on Sunday, you can sort out your meals for the week. Find what works with your schedule and stick with it.
Nutritious meals might seem time consuming, but they will supply the fuel you need to push through a busy day. With optimal energy levels and focus, maybe you will find that nutrition saves you time after all.
At Your Naturopath, I can help you plan your journey to a better health and wellbeing through nutritional medicine.
At Your Naturopath, I use a holistic approach to health that emphasises the use of an array of natural therapies including high quality, practitioner-only nutritional and therapeutic supplements to provide the body with health benefits with minimal side effects.

Who would you be if you trusted those habits that will bring the best of you?
Before saying anything else about lifestyle, let’s take a quick, crash course in cell anatomy. Each cell in the human body has at its centre, a nucleus. The nucleus contains 23 chromosome pairs (for a total of 46 chromosomes).
At either end of each chromosome is a DNA structure called a telomere. As cells age and divide, telomere length becomes shorter and shorter until the cell eventually dies. It’s a natural and inevitable process. So,
What do telomeres have to do with lifestyle?
Apart from ageing, certain lifestyle decisions can shorten telomere length more rapidly. In other words, your diet, exercise habits, and other activities can prematurely age your cells. And cells are the building blocks of your body. If they prematurely age, so will you. For this reason, lifestyle is also a big focus of what naturopaths use to help you regain your health and wellbeing.
At Your Naturopath, I provide you with personalised lifestyle tips and follow up notes to help you in your journey towards regaining the health and vitality you deserve.
How can I keep my cells healthy through lifestyle?
1. Exercise Regularly -Yes, This Means Cardio
In one study (European Society of Cardiology), participants did 45 minutes of cardio three times a week. After only six months, researchers observed longer average telomere lengths than the participants doing only resistance exercise or no exercise at all. That’s right! You can go for a run Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, take a nice, relaxing weekend, and still support your cellular health.
I believe dancing is one of the most powerful ways to take you to a place of fun and freedom even through rough times -as I have experienced. Besides, dance keeps you smiling and fit without the mental burden of having to exercise.
Zumba classes are a great option for cardio exercise
If you want to dance book an online Zumba class with me.
2. Don’t Underestimate Sleep
Sleep is an essential bodily function, like eating, drinking and breathing, and it can influence your physical, mental and psychological health.
There is more to good sleep than just getting 8 hours of shut eye. Naturopaths will make sure you are having a good quality sleep. If you are waking up feeling tired or unrested, it may be a sign of sleeplessness – and it means you’re not recharging for the next day despite the shut eye number of hours.
“Consistently sleeping too little can impact your health on a cellular level”
Poor sleep can harm your ability to learn, concentrate or make decisions that affect your everyday life. If you’re sleeping five hours or fewer a night, there’s a good chance your cells are being adversely affected—and prematurely ageing. (Molecular Psychiatry)
I would explore your sleep cycles and provide solutions for a good night’s sleep. Continue reading
3. Practice Mindfulness & Relaxation
Excessive stress has been linked to shorter telomere lengths in adults.
The effect your mind has on cellular health goes one step further. Not just stress, but a wandering mind -as opposed to being present in the moment, can have negative effects on our cells and shortening telomeres.
A recent study suggests that people who experience more anxious or racing thoughts during their day may reduce lifespan by up to five years compared with those whose minds are peaceful enough not to be constantly focused elsewhere.
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention on purpose in order to improve your life. It’s a simple idea, but it can be difficult when we’re constantly distracted by our own thoughts and emotions!
Naturopaths recommend mindfulness and relaxation practices that would suit you, so that one day soon every thought becomes an opportunity instead of something negative or stressful that will affect your health and wellbeing.
